Inspired again by the waves

Once again, I am inspired by our beautiful coastal ebb and flow. I created this smaller wood block piece for my dad on his 70th birthday. Typically I work on big canvas or glass, but returning to wood block soothed my soul. This is actually painted on a wooden tray- I love re-purposing items and making art out of them.
